**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advocate to serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience through expertise, ownership, accountability, and responsiveness. This role will receive comprehensive training on all general products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal & external customer inquiries, quotes & orders using established policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for daily planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Escalate standard customer issues autonomously with first contact resolution when possible.
  • Work with internal teams with high accountability and urgency, collaborating with Distribution Center operations to ensure timely order management and shipment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two years of professional customer care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding skills and typing (45+ wpm).
  • Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows Operating Systems, and ERP systems like Oracle & SAP.
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
