Job Description

In this two-year Graduate Program, you will gain hands-on experience in Strategy and Market Development.

You will conduct regional researches and analyzes of industrial sectors in Latin America, identifying medium and long-term market trends and strategic opportunities.

You will build and maintain close relationships with Key Account Managers as a key stakeholder group.

You will identify internal and external standard processes and lead the implementation of improvements in the Market and Business Development organizations.

You will support business development and strategic planning activities in Latin America, developing and implementing customer roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge in analysis and management of data with strategic thinking.
  • Market analysis and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Significant practical work experience up to 36 months, including knowledge from internships, working student activities, or employment.
  • A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in business, business administration, economics, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
