We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team at Nasdaq.
OverviewNasdaq is an innovative company that provides a range of services to its customers. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to work with us.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to billing inquiries, and resolving complex issues related to sales, installations, and communications. They will also be responsible for developing organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers, as well as maintaining good customer relations.
- Under general supervision, the Senior Analyst will perform customer support duties, including troubleshooting moderately complex escalated issues, working with the development team or sales team as necessary.
- They will also follow procedures for start-up and shutdown of internal customer support systems, recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups.
- In addition, they will monitor issues with clients, exchanges, and internal customers.
- The Senior Analyst will distribute information to customers regarding new products or product updates or changes.
- They will also follow standard procedures, administer, and maintain client/customer data systems.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
