Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and optimize account management processes
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- 7-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on customer success or account management
- At least 1-2 years of management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Commercial acumen and experience in sales, customer success, or consulting
- Results-oriented and able to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
