Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Mexico, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts across the country. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share for assigned key accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
3. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seek new sales prospects.
4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
6. Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and requirements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
8. Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders.
9. Travel within Mexico as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of success in key account management. Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or similar role in the Mexican market.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth understanding of Mexican business culture, practices, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
