**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Fastenal Mexico.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and customer service to grow their career with a Fortune 500 company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in purchasing products and services that meet their needs
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Place and fulfill orders efficiently
  • Receive and ship inventory as needed
  • Perform deliveries using a company vehicle, demonstrating a commitment to safety and excellence

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess or be working towards a degree in Business/Marketing or have relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be proficient in computer software and possess strong math aptitude
  • Show enthusiasm for sales and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit strong motivation, self-direction, and customer service orientation
  • Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Speak fluent Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid full driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
  • Meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
  • Have an interest in career advancement and professional growth
