About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Operations Analyst to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing processes and tools related to sales commission calculations and payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain processes and tools for sales commission calculations and payments
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payments in accordance with plan and policy
  • Investigate and resolve commission claims and account reconciliation issues
  • Prepare commission and payment reports for review by operational and sales leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in sales commission tools, systems, and practices
  • Strong analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language
