Key Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Michael Page. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with HR leaders.
Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and take on new challenges. As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will be working closely with our marketing team to support events, follow up on digital leads, and increase brand visibility.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage with prospective clients through thorough research and social selling strategies
- Drive revenue growth by organizing and attending qualified meetings to build a strong sales pipeline
- Serve as a subject matter expert and effectively communicate the benefits of our certification program to potential clients
- Build relationships with HR leaders by networking and establishing strong connections with senior HR professionals
- Collaborate with marketing to support events, follow up on digital leads, and increase brand visibility
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR technology, HR services, or SAAS
- Proficient sales skills, including preparing for meetings, conducting needs analyses, delivering persuasive presentations, and managing objections
- Negotiation skills, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring long-term agreements
- Strong communication skills, confident in delivering formal presentations and engaging in one-on-one discussions about our services
- Language proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel for conferences, client visits, and company meetings as needed

- A competitive base salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
