About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Lead to join our team at Msg Global Solutions. As a key member of our SAP Food Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and operation of end-to-end processes for the food industry using SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert for SAP Dairy Management and SAP Meat and Fish Management applications
  • Support additional presales efforts as assigned
  • Create integrated project plans for deploying new SAP systems
  • Formulate recovery plans and assess impact if not recoverable
  • Record and monitor project actual costs vs. project budget
  • Formulate corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan
  • Understand how project decisions impact key business metrics and the enterprise strategy
  • Build consensus among team members relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution
  • Provide clear and reliable communications to internal teams, project stakeholders, external vendors, and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of SAP project management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise of SAP project methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemical, or pharmaceuticals
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish languages
  • Professional consulting skills with ability to create solutions that consider business objectives and requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
