About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Siegwerk. As a Sales Manager for Flexible Packaging, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, planning, and realizing sales forecasts and business plans within your area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain management, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide timely and qualitative support to key accounts to maintain high sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Report on sales activities and initiate measures to address deviations from sales targets.

Requirements

  • Related university degree or long-term commercial practices.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales/commercial experience in the chemical industry or packaging industry.
  • Fluent English.
  • Focus on achieving objectives.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Hunting orientation.
  • Strong ethics and values.
