About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Siegwerk. As a Sales Manager for Flexible Packaging, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, planning, and realizing sales forecasts and business plans within your area of responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain management, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage customer relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Provide timely and qualitative support to key accounts to maintain high sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Report on sales activities and initiate measures to address deviations from sales targets.
Requirements
- Related university degree or long-term commercial practices.
- Minimum 6 years of sales/commercial experience in the chemical industry or packaging industry.
- Fluent English.
- Focus on achieving objectives.
- Customer orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Hunting orientation.
- Strong ethics and values.
