About the Role:

The Greenmile LatAm Coordinator will provide operational support to Sales and GTM teams to ensure real-time route management, reducing deviations from the original route design. This role will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper functioning of Greenmile operational processes, offering support to market teams. The successful candidate will lead the Greenmile LatAm agenda, guaranteeing the established OLAs and SLAs with the market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee end-to-end process execution
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working on process improvements and time optimizations
  • Responsible for proper escalation for daily resolution of requisition-related issues
  • Track and report KPIs and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Post Mortems
  • Guarantee the right communication with stakeholders for the Financial Administration
  • Ensure end-to-end process to identify, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems
  • Win stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented

  • Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
