Account Provisioning Role at Hootsuite

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Customer Account Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Hootsuite. In this role, you will be responsible for processing new customer orders and cancellation requests while ensuring all necessary data is collected.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, FinOps, and Professional Services teams to own account provisioning and deprovisioning for new and existing customers. This includes operating account changes as requested by Sales or Customer Success Managers, following contract terms and internal processes.

Your responsibilities will also include documenting all account provisioning processes in our knowledge base, conducting internal training as needed, and providing feedback for improving processes and systems.

You will partner with Business Operations and Technology, Product Management, and Engineering on projects to enhance our internal backend systems and workflows. Additionally, you will follow up with stakeholders on additional tasks related to account provisioning and escalate urgent issues to revenue operations leadership as required.

This role requires considerable relevant data analysis experience, ability to manage multiple sources of data and systems, and adherence to daily SLAs as part of the account provisioning and deprovisioning process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience with Customer Relationship Management and Ticketing System tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.

In addition to technical skills, you should possess customer focus, collaboration, and open communication skills. You will work with others to deliver results, prioritize group needs over individual needs, and clearly convey thoughts, both written and verbally.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
