About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Manager to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our data governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and reporting to measure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on data governance best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data governance practices remain current and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
