Job Summary

The Product Sales Group Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing sales channels to deliver a consistent client experience. This position requires a strong commercial awareness and the ability to lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales channels and improve sales agent productivity.
  • Meet sales goals for specific products or product sets, while managing staff attrition and refining the multiproduct sales platform.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to refine and improve risk policies for specific products or product sets.
  • Optimize processing costs and maximize cross-selling and in-bound sales leveraging activities at key customer touch points.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency with Citigroup's Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders to drive partnerships and deployment opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years related product sales experience.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to represent the organization with the leaders of partner organizations.
  • Knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
