Job Description

This internship opportunity is available within the Customer Success Management Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for training users, handling requests, and supporting other Customer Success Managers on their accounts.

The intern will operate within the CSM group in the Latin American Market, focusing on providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless usability of our products.

Requirements
  • Curious self-starter with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both individually and on a team
  • High-energy and proficiency in front of customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Curiosity about Financial Markets, Technology, & Data
  • Spanish + English proficiency
Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
