Customer Success Manager Position

**About the Role:**
We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a talent for process development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion, and effectively communicating with clients.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Native-level English language proficiency*
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts and information without extensive guidance*
* Strong organizational skills, including task documentation, team management, and punctuality*
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills*
* Rapid learning capabilities and ability to develop new processes*
* Experience working in a call center environment is preferred*
**What We Offer:**
We provide a competitive salary of $5,000 pesos per week, paid on a weekly basis, and a 6-month contract period with the option to extend or terminate based on performance.
**Work Environment:**
This position requires in-person work at the CISE Business Center Florencia location, approximately two blocks from the Angel de la Independencia landmark.
**Job Type and Contract Length:**
This is a full-time, contract position with a fixed duration of 6 months, which may be extended or terminated based on mutual agreement and job performance.
