About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Transformational On Trade Account Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting On Premise Consumption Centers that can effectively promote our Smoke Free Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and negotiate with On Premise Consumption Centers to establish partnerships that support the adoption of Smoke Free Products.
- Develop and implement conversion strategies to engage current smokers and encourage them to switch to our products.
- Lead a team of IQOS Coaches to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to minimize adoption barriers.
- Strategically plan activations to maximize coach engagement and ensure successful execution of staff incentives.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in On Trade, Sales, Trade Marketing or B2C business.
- Experience in commercialization and distribution channels is desirable.
- Validated personal leadership, communication and negotiation skills are required.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide relocation support for this role in Colombia. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans and paid time off.
