Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining existing relationships with key customers in the global market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a global environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
