Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining existing relationships with key customers in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a global environment
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
