Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies, building relationships with local distributors and retailers, and driving sales growth in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement market development strategies to increase sales and market share in the Brazilian market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and retailers to ensure effective channel management and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Brazilian market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
  5. Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in market development, sales, or a related field in the Brazilian market.
  3. Strong market analysis, expansion skills, and communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in spoken English and Portuguese, with the ability to use both languages as working languages.
  5. Open-minded and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
