Renewal Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Renewal Specialist to join our team at SAS - Global. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer retention and renewal strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for medium to large account contract renewals that optimize contract terms while protecting and enhancing customer trust.
- Partner with Account Executives/CSMs/Enterprise Negotiations, Licensing Operations, and Sales Operations to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for each customer based on data-driven decisions.
- Ensure successful and on-time renewals for the account prior to the contract end date and execute all renewal back-end work in a timely manner for the assigned customer base.
- Present renewal proposal(s) and options to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expiration.
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in Account Management, Inside Sales, Renewal Account Management, or Customer Success capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, MIS (Computer Sciences), or related field.
- Strong focus on contract negotiation and ability to effectively communicate in English.
