Key Responsibilities- Attain commercial targets within the assigned customer base by selling the complete portfolio of ingredients to existing customers.
- Cultivate relationships, leverage ingredient and market knowledge, and conduct effective contract negotiations.
- Formulate customer-specific pricing strategies when applicable.
- Manage customers and vendors in the ERP system, enter sales contracts into the ERP system, and maintain accurate CRM system data.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by overseeing the timely receipt of required shipments and paperwork, and proactively addressing any complaints or claims.
- Minimum 2-3 years of performance in a similar role.
- Prior B2B sales or merchandising experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
