Be present at the client's site, in order to maintain permanent communication with its internal sales force and with end clients. Establish an excellent relationship with Sales Executives. Understand your needs and ensure a smooth sales process. Prepare a list of projects by model and verify stocks in the Carrier's warehouses. In case of equipment shortage, monitor that the equipment request processes are generated by the Sales Executive and supplied by the warehouse manager. Record and update the status of the opportunities generated weekly, that is, have an updated Pipeline, reflecting new, won and lost opportunities. (Dynamycs and Excel) Clarify technical doubts with the Sales Executive and/or end customer that may arise in relation to cell phones. Send recurring information about new launches, promotions, technical sheets and any relevant information that helps the Sales Executive to offer Motorola in their proposals to end customers. Obtain and concentrate support (invoices, emails, etc.) for sales made weekly. Maintain an updated record of equipment loans to Sales Executives. Register the assigned activities through the Mototalk platform, as well as the registration of your work day. Analyze the competition, to quickly, efficiently and correctly inform about the models of other brands, to give expeditious recommendations about our models. Give presentations to senior executives in companies about our portfolio of products and services. Be proactive to identify areas of opportunity with other brands, in order to take advantage and capitalize on our strengths. Coordinate the execution of brand positioning events. Establish priorities according to the importance (volume) of the projects, to inform next steps to management. Participate in weekly channel meetings, in which the progress of quota compliance is reviewed.
