Industrial Sales Leader for Mexico

About the Opportunity
Siemen Energy is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our industrial steam turbine sales efforts in Mexico.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Selling and managing key accounts in the region
- Facing new customers and cross-selling to existing ones
- Assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations
- Creating long-term sales plans and strategies to protect and grow relationships with key customers
- Selling directly to end-users or through channel partners
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- At least 8 years of sales experience, preferably in Siemens Energy products and turbo machinery
- Strong knowledge of industries in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, particularly in power generation, sugar, and ethanol
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents and financial reports
- Effective communication skills to present information to various audiences
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus
- Ability to travel up to 40% within Latin America and internationally
- Lawful authorization to work in Mexico without need for employer sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated annual salary takes into account the location (Mexico City), industry standards, and the level of experience required for this role.
