**Job Overview**
Ecolab is a leading global provider of water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services. We are seeking a Senior Field Sales Leader to join our team in Area Management. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned area
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance sales skills and performance
- Maintain accurate forecasts and reports to ensure data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry)
- 4-6 years of successful technical sales and sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
