Job Title: Real Estate Disposition Specialist (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,280 - $1,600 USD/month + $200 - $300 Commissions per every closed deal
Schedule: Eastern Standard Time
- Monday: 2:00PM to 8PM
- Tuesday: 9AM to 5PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9AM to 8PM (2hrs lunch)
- Friday: 9AM to 5PM
- Manage and oversee the disposition process for properties within our portfolio.
- Build and maintain a strong network of real buyers and investors.
- Create and manage targeted buyer lists to ensure quick and profitable property sales.
- Utilize Podio to track, manage, and update property disposition activities.
- Conduct market research to determine the best disposition strategies for each property.
- Negotiate with buyers to secure favorable terms and maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the acquisition and sales teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Native English speaker; ex-pats are strongly preferred.
- Highly experienced in real estate, particularly in dealing with real buyers and managing dispositions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective buyer lists.
- Proficient in using Podio for CRM and transaction management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
