Job Summary:
FIS is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with design engineering and software engineering teams to identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs.
- Provide technical support to customers during installation and training processes.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert-level support.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
