Overview

This role involves leading a team to expand Amazon's Global Selling business in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, sales, and operations management, with a proven track record of delivering results.

 

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our Global Selling business in Latin America. This includes identifying roadblocks for merchants, developing and executing strategies for expansion, and managing a team of sales and program management professionals.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in senior-level roles, with a proven history of delivering results. They will also possess superior analytical abilities, quantitative skills, and excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of relevant senior-level experience in retail, sales, operations, and/or business management/consulting
  • Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing teams
  • 7+ years of experience developing and driving strategies
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
