Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and plans.
  • Build deep relationships with key clients, including Top 4 Mobile Network Operators and other partners, to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Structure customized solutions for clients, leveraging Assurant's global and local products, solutions, and best practices.
  • Lead project management for the implementation of new deals, collaborating with global teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage P&L for assigned clients, providing regular progress updates and financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations on how to increase sales and revenue for assigned clients.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership on growth initiatives, ecosystem development, and competitive dynamics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English.
  • 7+ years of experience in developing new business schemes and selling customized solutions.
  • Proven track record of business development, with a focus on cultivating key client relationships and achieving strategic goals.
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing projects, with a strong ability to work effectively with senior executives and C-level decision makers.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and deal structure.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence global teams to drive projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Working experience in the mobile industry or experience dealing with mobile industry clients.
  • Strategy acumen, with experience using analytical insight to solve problems and communicate solutions.
