About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Collections Analyst to join our team in Mexico. As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for contacting clients with higher or more complex overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. You will also be responsible for preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
