Lead Commercial Attorney for Public Sector in Mexico

As a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on public sector, you will play a key role in supporting our Latin America Sales and Professional Services organizations.
This position requires an attorney with experience in structuring commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements with private and public sector customers. The successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 7 years of law practice in Mexico.
About the Role:
- Negotiate and draft master subscription, professional services, and other types of agreements with customers in support of Latin America Sales and Professional Services organizations.
- Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, pricing organizations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.
- Work closely with Sales and other internal business constituents throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success and protection of Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Licensed to practice law in Mexico.
- At least 7 years of law practice in Mexico in a law firm and/or in-house.
- Experience negotiating and drafting agreements, including with public sector entities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.

- You have strong technical knowledge of commercial law, particularly in software as a service transactions.
- You have experience working with public sector laws and regulations.
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
