Role Overview
The Sales Team Lead is a dynamic professional responsible for guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate processes, suggest improvements, and provide coaching to team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement methods to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
- Manage and motivate Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Assist the Operations Manager in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with:
At least 1 year of sales experience with a strong background in people and client management.Experience in managing processes and people.Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and analyze data to drive decision-making.Proven ability to be a team player, decision-maker, and handle complex situations.Flexibility and a willingness to collaborate and exceed expectations.-
