Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Area Sales team in a territory assigned. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated local sales team in a territory (local) area assigned.
  • Takes and follows up on clearly defined budgets, sales targets, and measures.
  • Manages the sales processes and ensures sales staff follows the given guidelines.
  • Manages stakeholder and customer contacts or claims accountably as the first escalation instance.
  • Applies all standards and aligns local sales processes or procedures when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and measures.
  • Ability to manage sales processes and ensure sales staff follows guidelines.
