Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
