Front Desk Agent Night Shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Process all payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding the property and local areas of interest.
- Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.

Requirements
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
