Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective diagnostic evaluations of customer needs, utilizing good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue or request to the customer's satisfaction.
The position requires accurate documentation and tracking of problems to ensure timely resolutions, as well as support and demonstration of the company's values and expectations for customer support and satisfaction.
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Windows administration: OS troubleshooting, Active Directory management, file server management, DHCP and DNS server management, Network Policy Server (RADIUS) management, patching
- Network administration: firewall management, routing and switching, wireless network management, structured cabling
- Linux administration: OS troubleshooting, Apache/NGINX web server management, patching
- Azure/Microsoft 365: Azure IaaS, Entra ID, Exchange Online management
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP
Prior certifications or exams passed (preferred): CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, CompTIA Server+ or Network+
Key competencies include ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player with initiative, and willingness to work on-call if needed after office hours, including local holidays and weekends.
This is a remote setup opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
