Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions to drive business success
- Design and execute targeted support engagement plans to achieve key business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Cloud solutions, facilitating access to product and functional expertise
- Anticipate and resolve customer issues, serving as an escalation point and collaborating with other departments as needed
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record of successful account management and customer-centric experience
- Proactive learning and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and exceptional communication
- Customer orientation, with the ability to interact and collaborate with IT and LOB decision-makers
- Knowledge of IT landscapes, lifecycles, and SAP Solutions, with a focus on cloud, standalone, or Hybrid implementations
