**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing manual geolocation validation processes, analyzing data related to operation SLAs, and collaborating with the team to ensure accuracy and quality of collected data.
The ideal candidate will have an active student status in the last semesters of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering/ Administration/ International Business), intermediate-advanced level English proficiency, strong attention to detail, and ability to analyze data.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to develop their skills and knowledge in customer experience development while working with a dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual geolocation validation processes according to established criteria and protocols.
- Analyze and review data related to Operation's SLAs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and quality of data collected.
- Identify and report potential gaps or errors in geographic information.
- Provide general support on tasks related to the Retailing the Network project.
- Support Zendesk Ticketing System Configuration for RevOps teams.
**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on location and experience.
