Job Description
Sales Associate Director Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate Director to join our team, responsible for driving business growth in the Health & Benefits market. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your sales expertise, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to our company's continued success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand new businesses in the Health & Benefits market.
- Prospect companies for market levels (e.g., Large and Medium Market) and build relationships with commercial partners.
- Plan sales approaches, scheduling meetings, presenting value propositions, and closing deals.
- Feed the CRM tool and manage pipeline management.
- Promote insurer products and maintain good relationships with commercial partners.
- Generate indicators related to the sales process and proposals.
- Maintain intermediation between internal areas of the company (Broking, operations, Client Facing, and IT) for coordination and preparation of technical proposals and RFPs.
- Expand Market Share in prospects (all H&B products).
- Communicate effectively between areas of the company: Cross Selling and Cross Lead.
- Propose and create an external agenda (events, webcast, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience in the commercial area of Insurance in the benefits area (medical expenses, health, and life) in Leadership positions.
- Leadership Spirit for managing internal projects.
- Knowledge of trends in benefits.
- Experience working with different areas of the company.
- Consultative profile, Hunter, and high persuasion skills.
- Intensive teamwork and leadership.
- Able to generate empathy and good first impressions with customers and prospects.
- Disciplined with organization of processes and internal controls (support systems).
- Results orientation and commitment to goals.
- Desirable client portfolio and/or developed pipeline.
- Mastery of the Office Package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
