The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, results, and customer experience across a designated territory. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable to achieve a common goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead high-performing teams through source, recruit, hire, and on-board top talent.
  • Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive profitability.
  • Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence by maintaining and reinforcing Safety and Security standards.
  • Demonstrate fluency and reinforce requirements in the local market's Sales and DMV requirements and processes.
  • Define Strategic Business Planning and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience leading large teams in a high-growth, service-focused industry with Multi-site experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
  • Resourceful, passionate, and ethical, with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends.
