Job Summary

HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring harmony between the company, workers, and Union, to promote productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Unions, Federal and Local Ministers (Labor, Social Security, Trade, Housing, etc.) and Federations to ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
  • Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the Company.
  • Represent HR matters during Audit Exercises (internally and externally).
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience as HR Manager.
  • SHRM Certification is a critical advantage.
  • Experience of at least 8 years in Labor Relationships.
  • Experience of at least 8 years with Unions.
  • Advanced English level, proficiency to prepare and present reports to HQ Management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office level.
Education and Experience
  • Master's degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role.
Industry and Function
  • Manufacturing / Operations.
  • Glass, Ceramic, and Concrete industry.
