About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead our Mexico Enterprise business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing a dispersed sales engineering team in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales engineers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Samsara's platform to our largest customers.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
