About the Program

At Alfa Laval, we're committed to pioneering positive impact in our industry. As a sales development trainee, you'll play a key role in driving our sales processes and promoting our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products
  • Follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders in our CRM system
  • Act as a team player, providing support to customers during the quotation process and ensuring that proposals add value
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting customer needs
  • Stay active in the market, focusing on inside customer interactions and keeping databases up to date in the CRM tool

What You'll Learn

  • How to drive technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products
  • To follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders in our CRM
  • How to act as a team player strengthening the sales team by providing support to customers during the quotation process
  • To develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs
  • How to be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions

Requirements

  • Studying your last semester as a chemical, mechanical, mechatronic, or other engineering role
  • Looking for a sustainable company that can mitigate the risks of climate change
  • Ability to communicate in English (B2 to C1 level)
  • Strong skills in data analysis and a passion for offering a unique experience to our customers
