Sales Order Administration Lead

**About the Role**
Safran Cabin is a leading company in the aircraft cabin solutions industry, and we're seeking an experienced Sales Order Administrator Lead to join our team. As a Sales Order Administrator Lead, you will play a crucial role in processing internal and external customer purchase orders, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining front-line communication with customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Process sales orders accurately and enter them into our ERP system within a timely manner
- Partner with the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to ensure customer orders are processed correctly
- Validate entered order information by checking against customer purchase orders
- Maintain a PO entry tracker to provide visibility to the Contracts and Accounting teams
- Review aging reports weekly and provide updates to the Accounts Receivable department regarding past-due accounts
**Additional Responsibilities**
You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring other Sales Order Administrators and ensuring that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
**Requirements**
- 8+ years of data entry and customer service experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge and understanding of basic ERP/MRP functions and applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
**What We Offer**
