The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 based on industry standards, location, and experience requirements.

Job Description

This critical role is responsible for building a world-class sales team, leading recruitment and development, transforming sales processes, and executing strategic sales visions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Regional Vice President & General Manager to drive sales targets and develop lasting relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate markets by country, current sales organization, processes, incentive plans, and CRM to create an effective strategy for growth and team development.
  • Rapidly execute the plan to exceed financial, market share, and brand development objectives.
  • Assume full responsibility for the Latin America sales team, driving the organization to achieve financial and market goals.
  • Develop the sales team to successfully attain annual plans, providing regular progress reports with detailed metrics.
  • Communicate a compelling mission to the sales team and entire organization, providing vision and technical leadership to propel sales growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in medical device sales, including launching complex products, designing effective sales programs, expanding market segments, and managing dealer networks. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with extensive experience in the Latin American Market, is required.
