**About the Role**:
Dematic Trading De México, S. De R.L. De C.V seeks a seasoned Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers in driving revenue growth and achieving monthly goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute account plans that leverage data analytics to drive growth across all vertical markets, focusing on maximizing customer value and margin expansion.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales efficiency, sales training, and process adherence.
- Champion the Global Sales Model, ensuring its effective implementation and communication throughout the organization.
- Foster a culture of sales excellence, driving forecast accuracy, and meeting quarterly targets.
- Provide strategic support for order intake, gross margin, pipeline, and cost information, aligning with company objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes, gathering input from the sales team and communicating with sales leadership.
- Develop and lead projects to enhance productivity and growth across the sales organization.
- Serve as a sales ambassador, building relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Quality teams.
- Drive new customer acquisition by expanding into untouched or under-achieving vertical markets.
- Participate in planning and execution of internal and external sales events, including workshops and training sessions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, Master's preferred
- 10+ years of complex solution sales experience, 5+ years in management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical/quantitative abilities
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings and group processes, establishing cross-functional relationships, and fostering a culture of sales excellence
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results-oriented initiatives
- Minimum two years' experience in providing analysis for large sales/financial datasets to inform business decisions
