Beiersdorf México Sa seeks a skilled professional to join our team as an E-Kam Sales Growth Manager. This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth with eCom accounts.

As a key member of our sales team, you will manage online sales plans and execution, negotiate terms & conditions, ensure assortment listing, optimize brand presentation on retailer sites, coordinate online promotion campaigns, and develop best-in-class product presentation.

You will report and create actionable reports to inform Sales & Marketing departments, enabling them to recommend effective strategies to increase sales.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in digital customer experience. If you have a university degree or comparable qualifications, advanced English language proficiency, and at least 3 years of experience working with digital customers like Amazon, Mercado Libre, or Linio, we want to hear from you.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
