Job Summary
This position involves coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring services provided to customers are continuously available and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. You will be responsible for receiving work orders, resolving them to customer satisfaction, and providing meaningful status updates on repair and restoration activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling dispatch and logistics managed services, including field technician workforce assigning, dispatching, and coordinating activities for corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Supporting customer work orders, corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Dealing with logistics topics, such as material and telecommunications device deliveries and returns to different vendors.
To Be Successful in This Role
You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 6 months of experience in service desk or customer service is desirable. You should have excellent communication skills in English (90% or more), be able to work under pressure with a great service attitude, and have knowledge sharing and collaboration skills. Teamwork, following instructions, and proposing process improvements are also essential.
