**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team at Resideo. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
**Job Description:**
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating issue identification and analysis, investigating and resolving technical issues, tracking requests resolution, providing technical training, building relationships with customers, and testing products & software. You will also develop and share knowledge with your team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, some experience in the field, and fluency in English. Customer Service experience is also essential.
