Job Description

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with fluent Spanish language skills to join our office-based team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and technical support for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to ensure complete satisfaction with our products
  • Communicating effectively with customers via email and phone
  • Delivering first-level technical support to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer situations
  • Maintaining accurate customer accounts and information
  • Creating weekly reports for management to track performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in using Salesforce is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this position, as you will be required to communicate with customers and colleagues in both languages.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a relaxed working atmosphere in a fast-paced growing business, as well as opportunities for promotion and pay rises based on your performance and increased responsibilities.
