Customer Support Specialized in Bilingual Communication

**About the Role**:
At Hubtek, we strive to empower young talent and foster personal and professional growth through learning experiences and opportunities. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our team dedicated to supporting companies through our Talent, Technology, and Training services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide top-notch customer support to users of our app, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and active listening.
Offer timely solutions to customer inquiries, technical issues, and general feedback, while handling payment-related inquiries and payment issues.
Oversee the drivers' check-in process, optimizing efficiency and reliability, and generate reports to enhance overall operational performance.
**Requirements**:
Believe in what you do, and be a team player with a detail-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and sense of urgency.
**Minimum Requirements**:
High School Degree is required; studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics are desirable.
At least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service or related fields, with very good English skills (B2+ or higher preferred).
**Perks**:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
Indefinite term contract, only for Mexico City, with an on-site position at WeWork Mitikah, and a competitive salary of MXN 15,000.
